Focus IP Patents 2026

Après le succès du premier cycle de webinaires "Focus IP Patents" en 2025, le CEIPI lance un deuxième cycle de cette offre de formation continue dès février 2026.

Ce cycle de webinaires est entièrement organisé en anglais et en ligne. Il s’adresse à tous les professionnels de la PI (Conseils en propriété industrielle, avocats, juristes d’entreprise, magistrats, personnels des offices, etc.) et étudiants en PI.

Langue de la formation : anglais.

Pré-requis/Conditions d'accès

Il ne s’agit pas d’une formation diplômante, tout participant peut y accéder sans pré-requis.

Présentation/objectifs pédagogiques

Le CEIPI lance, à compter de février 2026, un second cycle annuel de formation continue en ligne en droit des brevets. Ces modules de formation s’adressent aux Conseils en Propriété Industrielle, aux avocats, aux juristes d’entreprise, aux personnels des offices et, plus largement, à toute personne amenée à pratiquer le droit des brevets dans son exercice professionnel.

Dispensées sous forme de webinaires mensuels d’une durée de 2 heures, en général le premier vendredi du mois, ces formations ont vocation à permettre aux professionnels du droit des brevets de monter en compétence sur des thématiques adaptées à leur pratique professionnelle. Animé par des spécialistes internationaux reconnus, chaque module sera ainsi l’occasion d’aborder une thématique spécifique.

Durée

La formation s’articulera autour d’un cycle de 10 webinaires de 2h. Ces webinaires seront organisés les premiers vendredis du mois de 12h30 à 14h30 (pour quelques exceptions se référer au programme détaillé) . Il est possible de suivre certains de ces webinaires ou le cycle dans sa globalité.

Les séminaires auront pour ambition de mêler la théorie et la pratique afin d’apporter des réponses concrètes et pragmatiques aux questions posées.

Supports de cours

Les webinaires se déroulent en ligne via la plateforme Zoom. Les présentations des intervenants ainsi que d’autres documents sont mis à disposition des participants en ligne. Les webinaires seront enregistrés.

Nature et sanction de la formation

Cette formation constitue une action d’adaptation et de développement de compétences. Elle donne lieu à la délivrance d’une attestation de participation.

Un questionnaire d’évaluation est distribué aux participants en fin de formation afin de mesurer leur satisfaction.
