The methodology courses preparing for the EQE 2025 will be organized as classroom training and also be available online.
Presentation
In these courses an introduction is given to the methodologies for solving papers A (drafting of claims and an introduction), B (preparing a reply to an official letter), C (opposition) and D (legal questions) respectively. They identify the competences which are necessary in order to pass the papers. Moreover, the examination requirements are explained and a review of important topics is given. The courses offer candidates tips on preparing for the examination as well as for the CEIPI preparatory seminars in November 2024 and in January 2025 to bring them to the required level for these seminars.
The methodology courses are organized on-site in Paris and also as online courses and offered in English, German and French language. The CEIPI recommends to attend as far as possible the on-site training which has proved to prepare candidates very efficiently for the examination.
The courses take place for English-, French- and German-speaking candidates at the following dates:
- AB: 13 September 2024
- C: 14 September 2024
- D: 11 (afternoon) and 12 September 2024
