Presentation
In these courses an introduction is given to the methodologies for solving papers A (drafting of claims and an introduction), B (preparing a reply to an official letter), C (opposition) and D (legal questions) respectively. They identify the competences which are necessary in order to pass the papers. Moreover, the examination requirements are explained and a review of important topics is given. The courses offer candidates tips on preparing for the examination as well as for the CEIPI preparatory seminars in October 2025 and in January 2026 to bring them to the required level for these seminars.
The methodology courses are organized in English, German and French language. For the French-speaking candidates, the courses are offered as on-site training in Paris and also online. For the English-and German-speaking candidates, these courses take place as online training .
The courses take place for English-, French- and German-speaking candidates at the following dates:
- AB: 12 September 2025
- C: 13 September 2025
- D: 10 (afternoon) and 11 September 2025
