Equality and Diversity Mission (MEDi)
The Equality and Diversity Mission (MEDi) is for all staff and students of the University of Strasbourg.
The Vice-President for Equality, Parity, Diversity, and the Fight Against Discrimination, Ms. Camille Fauth, has been appointed to implement the university's policy in this area.
MEDi is for all staff and students of the University of Strasbourg. Its mission is to:
Ensure respect for equality between women and men in recruitment, career development, and advancement
Identify and report recurring cases of inequality or any form of discrimination concerning university staff and students
Raise awareness of issues related to abuse of power, psychological harassment, and sexual harassment
Work towards improving the quality of professional life at the university to better balance career and personal life
