Three years after the launch of the Unified Patent Court, the European patent litigation landscape continues to evolve at remarkable speed. CEIPI is delighted to invite you to a third conference marking the Court’s first three years of activity: the development of its case law, procedural practice, strategic use by litigants, interaction with national courts, and the broader impact of the system on European patent enforcement.

For practitioners, academics, judges, patent attorneys, in-house counsel and anyone following the transformation of patent litigation in Europe, this will be a timely forum for analysis, discussion and exchange.
