This interdisciplinary program combines courses in intellectual property law and computer technology. The aim of the course is to train lawyers in intellectual property law (industrial property law, contracts, technology transfer and competition law) and digital law, with specific technical skills in computer science and artificial intelligence, particularly original in a legal training context.

Admission to this course is by application.
Admission to M1:
It requires a sound legal culture and mastery of the main areas of private law (civil law, commercial law, criminal law, civil and criminal proceedings, etc.) or public law (administrative law, public liberties, public business law, etc.) required for access to the various legal professions (magistrate, lawyer, etc.).
A knowledge of programming, even if self-taught, and a motivation to be trained in computer techniques are substantial assets. A very good level of English (B2) is required.
Admission to M2:
This course is open only to students who have completed an M1 in "Private Law", "European Law", "International Law", "Comparative Law", "Business Law" or "Intellectual Property" (or equivalent), as well as to students who have completed an M1 in Political Science. Students must have completed the following subjects (or equivalent) during their studies: law of obligations, property law, private international law, European Union law, and knowledge of French and European institutions.
In addition, as this is a cross-disciplinary course, with a good number of hours devoted to data science, in-depth knowledge of IT is required: advanced knowledge of IT tools, programming in a computer language (Python, in particular).
A good knowledge of English (B2 minimum) is required. An initial introduction to intellectual property law and/or experience of studying abroad would be an asset.
Foreign students, whether or not they are nationals of the European Union, must meet conditions equivalent to those listed above, and provide proof of a C1 level in French.
