On April 9, 2026, CEIPI will hold its traditional One-day seminar, dedicated to European intellectual property case law.
This is an unmissable event for taking stock of recent developments and exchanging views with specialists in the field.
This edition will feature a debate on the following question: “Limitation periods and their starting point: is harmonization necessary?”
The event will take place in person in Strasbourg and remotely via Zoom.
