CEIPI at the second part of the 16th EIPIN Congress in Munich

The 16th EIPIN Congress entitled “The Innovation Society and Intellectual Property” will take place from 9th to 11th April 2015 at the European Patent Office in Munich (Germany).

Mr. Christophe Geiger, Director General of CEIPI, will chair and comment the panel dedicated to “Enhancing creativity through copyright exceptions and limitations – in the interest of authors and users”. 

The CEIPI will be represented also by two doctoral candidates who will present their work at the EIPIN Doctoral meeting at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition that will precede the conference: Mr. Leonardo Machado Pontes “Trade Mark Law – an Inquiry into the Merits of Proper Internal and External Boundaries”, and Ms. Teresa Calixto-Lopez “Socially responsible licensing in the area of green technologies”.
