Le 16ème congrès EIPIN se tiendra du 9 au 11 avril 2015 à l’Office européen des brevets à Munich (Allemagne) et portera sur le thème « The Innovation Society and Intellectual Property ».
M. Christophe Geiger, Directeur général du CEIPI, présidera et commentera le panel ayant comme thème « Enhancing creativity through copyright exceptions and limitations – in the interest of authors and users ».
Deux doctorants du CEIPI présenteront également leurs travaux lors du séminaire doctoral de l’EIPIN à l’Institut Max Planck pour l’innovation et la concurrence qui précédera la conférence : M. Leonardo Machado Pontes, “Trade Mark Law – an Inquiry into the Merits of Proper Internal and External Boundaries”, et Mme Teresa Calixto-Lopez, “Socially responsible licensing in the area of green technologies”.
