
Diogo Costa Cunha is an Associate Professor in private law and criminal sciences at the CEIPI, University of Strasbourg. He is the author of a thesis entitled Valorisation de l'innovation en santé, Proposition pour une refonte juridique (Valuing innovation in healthcare: a proposal for a legal overhaul), which was completed at Toulouse Capitole University.
He specialises in intellectual property law, and also conducts research into business contract law and new technologies, company and group law, and artificial intelligence law. More broadly, his work links business law and innovation.
He qualified as Associate Professor and was recruited to the University of Strasbourg in 2023, where he is developing his research into intellectual property and innovation law. Diogo also teaches business, contract and industrial property law. He is also director of studies for CEIPI's patents University Diploma.
