On Thursday 25 September 2025, CEIPI had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation from the Association of Tunisian Technoparks (ATT) to Strasbourg for a study visit and exchange of best practices.
The ATT, which brings together four technopoles and five competitiveness clusters, is a key player in the development, innovation and promotion of the technopole system, both in Tunisia and internationally. As a central pillar of the Tunisian technopole ecosystem, its mission is to promote innovation and the commercialisation of applied research. The ATT is leading the IPRIAT project (IP management and promotion entity), funded by a local grant supported by the European Union and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, and implemented by GIZ (German Agency for International Cooperation) as part of the Qualitative Growth for Employment (CQE) project. Also supported by the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy (MIME), this project aims to create sustainable services for the management and promotion of intellectual property assets in Tunisia.
This meeting, organised under the coordination of the European Institute for Enterprise and Intellectual Property (IEEPI) and Ms Anne Grouselle, Director General of the IEEPI, provided an opportunity to present the center’s training courses and research activities, while promoting an enriching exchange of best practices. This exchange highlighted the expertise of both entities, paving the way for future collaboration.
