At the request of Professor Toshiko Takenada, Director of CASRIP (Center for Advanced Study and Research on Intellectual Property), University of Washington School of Law, Prof. Yves Reboul, former General Director of CEIPI will give a presentation the 25 and 28 November 2009 on the topic "Product Design Protection under Copyright, Trademark and other IP Laws» at the conference « Copyright Seminar : Extensive Protection of French Copyright : Intersection with other branches of IP protection and limits for public interests» to be held at the Osaka Institute of Technology and the University of Waseda, Japan.
