A l'invitation du Professeur Toshiko Takenada, Directeur du CASRIP (Center for Advanced Study and Research on Intellectual Property), Faculté de Droit de Washington, M. le Professeur Yves Reboul, ancien Directeur Général du CEIPI interviendra les 25 et 28 novembre 2009 sur le thème « Product Design Protection under Copyright, Trademark and other IP Laws» dans le cadre de la conférence « Copyright Seminar : Extensive Protection of French Copyright : Intersection with other branches of IP protection and limits for public interests» qui se tiendra à l'Université de Waseda et à l'Institut de Technologie d'Osaka au Japon.
