Mr. Jean Lapousterle, Professor of private law and criminal sciences at the University of Strasbourg and member of the Research Department at the CEIPI, will participate in the workshop organized by the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition to take place in Berlin from April 7^th to 9^th on the topic: "Framing - The "Hard Core" of Unfair Competition Law".
