The Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) is delighted to invite you to participate in an online educational experience – the Mock Trial before the Unified Patent Court (UPC), which will mark the closing of the 20th edition of the CEIPI Diploma on Patent Litigation in Europe.
This virtual event, organized in collaboration with the European Patent Office, is scheduled for June 17th, 2023, from 9 am to 12:45 am and it will be conducted in English.
The Mock Trial, featuring a panel of distinguished judges and experts, and two experienced lawyers, provides a glimpse into the practical training that participants have engaged in throughout the year. For the first time, this mock trial, traditionally reserved for Diploma participants, will be open to the public for online participation.
With the Unified Patent Court system launched earlier this month, we invite you to take advantage of this opportunity both to learn and to update yourself for your future practice.
