On 2 July 2019, Giancarlo Frosio will be presenting "Platform Regulation in Europe: Art 17 of the Copyright Reform and Other Updates" at the International Summer School of Cyber Law 2019 organized by the International Laboratory for Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law of the National Research University “Higher School of Economics” in Moscow.
As part of the same event, he will be also participating to a roundtable on compulsory licencing with Professor Jerome Reichman.
