On April 10, 2018, Anna Lawrynowicz-Drewek, research assistant at the CEIPI, will present her research work awarded by the APRAM Price 2017 at the Commission "IP in the Economy" alongside the Professor Nicolas Binctin from the University of Poitiers. The meeting will take place at the DENTON law office in Paris.
The theme of the meeting is the topic of the APRAM competition in 2017: “Determine with regard to current and prospective substantive law, what should be considered as an action, different from counterfeit, which should fall under the scope of unfair competition and/or parasitism.”
