First price of the 2017 APRAM competition won by a CEIPI IP Master student

We have the pleasure to inform you that Anna Lawrynowicz-Drewek, student of the Master in European and International Intellectual Property directed by Professor Christophe Geiger, just won the first price of the 2017 APRAM (Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles) competition.

The topic of the competition was the following: “Determine with regard to current and prospective substantive law, what should be considered as an action, different from counterfeit, which should fall under the scope of unfair competition and/or parasitism”

As every year, the 1er price will be followed by a publication in the law review “ Propriété industrielle” (LexisNexis).
