Marco Ricolfi, Professor at the Turin University (Italy) and Director of the Intellectual Property Master organized by WIPO and the Turin University, will give a presentation on February 28, 2013 at 5.30 pm. within the framework of the series of lectures : "(RE)thinking Intellectual Property, Fundamental Questions and New Perspectives" on the topic:

"Double identity of signs and goods in trade mark law: just a piracy issue?"

Graeme Dinwoodie, Professor at the University of Oxford (United Kingdom) and Director of the Oxford Intellectual Property Research Centre, will act as commentator and the conference will be followed by a debate with the audience, moderated by Christophe Geiger, Director General of the CEIPI.
