We are pleased to announce that on september 26, 2011, Miss Géraldine Marie became Doctor of law at the University of Strasbourg with a thesis on the topic: "European Law of Contracts for Exploitation of Immaterial Assets. Comparison of French and English Systems ", written under the supervision of Joanna Schmidt-Szalewski, Professor emeritus at the University of Strasbourg and member of the CEIPI Research Department.
The jury was composed of Mrs Laure Marino, Professor at the University of Strasbourg, Mr Thierry Lambert, Professor at the University of Nancy 2 , Mr Richard Desgorces, Professor at the University of Rennes 1 andthesupervisor.
