The AACEIPI (Association des Anciens du Centre d'Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle) is organizing on November 24, 2017 at the "Grand’chambre de la Cour de cassation" in Paris, in partnership with CEIPI, the "Cour de Cassation" and Editions Lexis-Nexis, a symposium on the topic:  "Les inventions mises en oeuvre par ordinateur : pratiques et perspectives".

Christophe Geiger, Professor at the University of Strasbourg and Director General of the CEIPI, Yves Reboul, Emeritus Professor at the University of Strasbourg and Director of the CEIPI French Section and Emmanuel Py, Associate Professor at the University of Bourgogne, Lecturer at the CEIPI and Researcher at the CREDIMI (UMR 6295), will participate in this event.

Christophe Geiger will make an introductory presentation of the morning and he will speak on the topic: "Les enjeux de l’extension contemporaine de la brevetabilité", Yves Reboul will make an introductory presentation of the afternoon and he will speak on the topic: "Vers une harmonisation du contentieux européen des brevets relatif à la brevetabilité ?", and Emmanuel Py will speak on the topic: "La contrefaçon transnationale d’une invention de procédé".
