24 March 2021, Giancarlo Frosio, Associate Professor at CEIPI, and Oleksandr Bulayenko, Postdoctoral Researcher at CEIPI, are presenting a study on dynamic blocking injunctions at a meeting of the “IP in the Digital World” Working Group of the European Observatory on Infringements of Intellectual Property Rights of the EUIPO.
The Working Group gathers private and public sector stakeholders to discuss the projects in the area of IP infringements in the digital environment, implemented by the Observatory, and get stakeholder input/feedback.
