As every year, a seminar, dedicated to European case law in intellectual property, is organized by the CEIPI’s Research Department and the Research Federation “L’Europe en mutation”. This seminar, under the scientific leadership of Ms. Stephanie Carre, Associate Professors at CEIPI, Mr. Franck Macrez, Associate Professor at CEIPI and Mr. Yann Basire, Associate Professor and Director General of CEIPI, will be broadcast on the Interneton 14 May 2020 between 9h15 and 12h30 and on 15 May between 9h30 and 12h30.

Academics from CEIPI and practitioners (Offices Vercken & Gaulier, Arenaire, Dtmv & Associés, Fidal, Germain & Maureau, Meridian Law firm, Meyer & Partners) are invited to present the case law of the year and to analyze the important decisions more precisely in order to draw the impact and practical consequences.

This year, there will be a debate on the the new Trade Mark Law with Eléonor Gaspar, Lawyer at Dtmv & Associés and Bertrand Geoffray, Intellectual Property Attorney at Germain & Maureau.

This event is open to students, doctoral students, academics and practitioners and is validated in the framework of the continuing vocational training for lawyers.
