We are pleased to announce that Yann Basire, Associate Professor at the University of Orléans who defended his thesis at the CEIPI, was awarded by the Faculty of Law of Strasbourg, the Prize for the best thesis in private law (September 2011 - September 2012).
Yann Basire has been rewarded for his thesis "The functions of a Trade Mark: Essay on the Coherence of the Legal Regime Governing a Distinctive Sign" written under the supervision of Professor Yves Reboul, Director of the french section at the CEIPI.
The award ceremony was held under the high patronage of Jean-Louis Debré, President of the Constitutional Council, at the Faculty of Law of Strasbourg on December 13, 2012.
