In the context of the lecture series “Institutional, Political and Social Perspectives on Intellectual Property”, CEIPI has the great honor to welcome Ms. Margot Fröhlinger, Principal director for patent law and international affairs at the European Patent Office, who will present on the topic “The Implementation of the Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court - Current state and future perspectives” on October 9th, 2014 (bâtiment Escarpe, amphi 29, 6.00 pm, Strasbourg). Mr. António Campinos, President of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) and President of the Administrative Board of the CEIPI, will deliver an opening address of the conference.
