We have the great pleasure to announce that Miss Hsiao-Fen Hsu, Research Assistant at the CEIPI defended her thesis on October, 09, on the topic "Public order and good morals in patent law : contribution to the study of comparative law: Europe, Taiwan, China, United-States".
