On Wednesday, May 6th, 2015, CEIPI-BETA Project in Law and Economics of IP has the pleasure of welcoming Prof. Craig Nard, Director of Spangenberg Center for Law, Technology & the Arts, who will give a presentation on the topic “Non-Practicing Entities and Patent Reform in the United States”. The workshop will take place in the Escarpe Building, room 339, at 5 pm. The debate will be animated by Mr. Christophe Geiger, Director General of CEIPI. The presentation will be commented by Mr. Xavier Seuba, Senior Research Associate at CEIPI.
Following the seminar, an international cooperation agreement will be signed between CEIPI and the Spangenberg Center for Law, Technology & the Arts, Case Western Reserve University School of Law (Cleveland, United-States), during a ceremony organized by CEIPI.
