Luc Desaunettes, member of the CEIPI's Research Department, will represent the CEIPI, Thursday the 8th of March at the French Assemblée nationale in the framework of a roundtable organised by M. Raphael Gauvain, member of the French Parliament. This roundtable will be dedicated to the law proposal n° 675 concerning the transposition of the directive of the European Parliament and of the Council, on the protection of undisclosed know-how and business information (trade secrets) against their unlawful acquisition, use and disclosure
