The next workshop on law and economics of intellectual property will be held on June 19, 2014 at 12 am at PEGE (61 avenue de la Forêt Noire, salle Ehud 104).
The guest of the workshop, Mr Dietmar Harhoff, visiting Professor at BETA, Director of the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, Director of the Munich Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research, Honorary Professor at the University of Munich, will give a paper: “Invalid but Infringed? An Analysis of Germany’s Bifurcated Patent Litigation System”.
