Yann Basire, Associate Professor at the University of Strasbourg, Director of the French Section and Director General of CEIPI and Stéphanie Carre, Associate Professor at CEIPI, will participate in the symposium « Regards comparés sur l'évolution de la propriété intellectuelle en France et au Canada » organized by the Centre des politiques en propriété intellectuelle de McGill (CPPI) and the Association francophone des praticiens en propriété intellectuelle (AFPI), in partnership with the Association littéraire et artistique internationales (ALAI Canada) to take place on 26 February in Montréal, Canada.
While ensuring part of the scientific direction of this event, Yann Basire will speak on the topic: "La mise en cause des plateformes pour les contrefaçons de marques : quels instruments en droit européen ?".
Stéphanie Carre will speak on the topic: "Les Sociétés de gestion collective en Europe".
