Xavier Seuba, Senior Lecturer at CEIPI, University of Strasbourg, will participate in the Oxford Workshop “Constitutional Hedges of Intellectual Property”, organized in St Anne’s College, Oxford University, and hosted by Professor Tuomas Mylly (University of Turku).
Xavier Seuba will address “Intellectual Property Enforcement and Artificial Intelligence”, in particular the challenges and opportunities brought by automated intellectual property enforcement, and its impact on intellectual property adjudication.
