Xavier Seuba, Senior Lecturer at CEIPI, University of Strasbourg, will participate in the WIPO-WTO-University of Geneva “IP Researchers Europe Conference”.

Xavier Seuba will deliver a talk on “Twenty-Five Years of Intellectual Property Bilateralism”, tracing back the treatment that intellectual property has received since the adoption of the North-American Free Trade Agreement, arguably the most notable example of first-generation trade agreements regulating intellectual property.
