The United Nations Secretary-General’s High-Level Panel on Access to Medicines in partnership with The Lancet and in collaboration with the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary University, has invited Xavier Seuba, Senior Lecturer at CEIPI, to participate in the Global Dialogue on Promoting Innovation and Access to Medicines, Vaccines, Diagnostics and Related Health Technologies on 10 March 2016 in London.

The day after, the Global Health Law Committee of the International Law Association will meet also in London. As Rapporteur of the Global Health Law Committee, Xavier Seuba will be presenting on the proposal for the adoption of a Framework Convention on Pharmaceutical Innovation, followed by four optional protocols dealing with intellectual property management, funding for innovation, administrative and regulatory tools relating to pharmaceutical approval processes, and international cooperation in science and technology.
