Stéphanie Carre and Franck Macrez, Associate Professors at the CEIPI, will participate in the International Symposium jointly Organized by The Chinese-Germany Institute of IP, Huazhong University of Science & Technology (HUST) and The Chair for Corporate & IP Law, Technische Universität München (TUM), to be held at the Huazhong University of Science & Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China, from April 19 to20, 2013, on the topic "Cross Border Cooperative Innovation and Intellectual Property".
Within the framework of Session 1: "Intellectual Property Issues in International Trade", Stéphanie Carre will speak on April 19 on the topic: "The question of IPRs justification and its implications".
Within the framework of Session 2: "Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property", Franck Macrez will speak on April 19 on the topic: "Legal risk management and technology transfer: know-how and patent issues".
