Thesis defence of Ms. Anastasiia Kyrylenko: "Deconstructing EU IP norm-export to the Eastern European Neighborhood"

On December 15, 2022, Ms Anastasiia Kyrylenko will defend her thesis, "Deconstructing EU IP norm-export to the Eastern European Neighborhood", carried out under the supervision of Aurelio López-Tarruella (University of Alicante, Spain) and Christophe Geiger (Professor, Luiss Guido Carli University, Italy). Ms. Kyrylenko's research focuses on the provisions relating to the enforcement of intellectual property rights in EU trade agreements, with a particular focus on the Association Agreements between the EU and Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine. Ms. Kyrylenko's doctoral research was conducted under the EIPIN Innovation Society program.

The defense will take place at 4:30 p.m. (CET)
