We are pleased to announce the publication of a book by Yann Basire. This book titled “The functions of a trademark, essay on the coherence of the legal regime governing a distinctive sign”, isavailable in the CEIPI Collection by LexisNexis, with a preface signed by Mr. Yves Reboul, Emeritus Professor at the University of Strasbourg and Director of CEIPI French Section, and the foreword by Mr. Christophe Geiger, Director General of CEIPI.
This work was awarded “Best Thesis in private law” by the Law Faculty, University of Strasbourg (September 2011 - September 2012) and is the first thesis published on the OHIM website.
