For this first edition, the prize is awarded to the following thesis:
"La privation de la propriété comme sanction de la contrefaçon" by Julien Douillard.
The aim of the prize is to recognize a doctoral thesis that makes an important doctrinal contribution to the understanding of the theoretical aspects and practical issues of the subject in question.
