Ms. Elena Izyumenko, Research Assistant and Doctoral Candidate at the CEIPI, will speak at the 3rd annual PhD Forum “Law and Governance in the Digital Era” organised by the Netherlands Institute for Law and Governance (NILG) on the topic “Freedom of Expression and Copyright in the Digital Era: A European Perspective”. The Forum will take place on 20 November 2015 at the VU University Amsterdam, and is adjacent to the general NILG Conference on the same topic on 19 November 2015.
