On November 5, 2016, Mr. Christophe Geiger, Professor at the University of Strasbourg and Director General of CEIPI, will deliver a presentation at the Annual conference of the Trademark Law Institute (TLI), Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Amsterdam (The Netherlands), on the topic “Selected Problems of the EU Trademark Law Reform”.
Mr. Geiger will speak on the topic: “Trademark law and fundamental rights after the EU trademark law reform: from external to internal balancing”.
