The CEIPI is pleased to announce the publication of the B-book by the editor Carl Heymanns Verlag. Its author, Harrie Marsman, is European representative and tutor with CEIPI.
The B-book is a practical guide for candidates preparing for paper B of the European qualifying examination on how to respond to an office action issued by an examiner of the European Patent Office. It is part of the training material used by CEIPI in its courses preparing for the EQE.
The B-book is completing the A-, C- and D books already published by the Carl Heymanns Verlag. All four books have been written by CEIPI tutors, either European representatives or current or former members of the Boards of Appeal of the EPO. All of them are valuable tools for the preparation for the EQE. They are made available to candidates in the framework of our EQE training courses.
