The Research Section of CEIPI, as in previous years under the instigation of Joanna Schmidt Szalewski, is organising a one-day seminar entitled “Intellectual Property and the Court of Justice of the European Union” on Friday, May 23, 2014 in amphitheatre 23 of the Escarpe, 11 rue du Maréchal Juin, Strasbourg.
The members of the Research Section as well as a few affiliated practitioners will comment on recent developments in intellectual property law in Europe.
The one-day seminar will enhance analytic and prospective thought that must be undertaken in the interests of the coherence and efficiency of the European system of intellectual property in the single market.
This seminar is open to graduate students, academics, practitioners and lawyers (it is recognised as continuing legal education for lawyers).
