We are pleased to announce a thesis defence at the CEIPI.
On June 22, 2012, Mr Roner Guerra Fabris, Lawyer and Industrial Property Agent in Brazil, will present a thesis written under the supervision of Joanna Schmidt-Szalewski, emeritus Professor at the University of Strasbourg on the topic:"The Determination of the Protection Scope of the Patent in the Brazilian and European Law".
The members of the jury will be: Jacques Azéma, emeritus Professor at the University Lyon 3, Vera Jacob De Fradera, Professor at the Rio grande do Sul's Federal University , Brazil, Thierry Lambert, Professor at the University of Lorraine, Yves Reboul, emeritus Professor at the CEIPI, University of Strasbourg and Joanna Schmidt-Szalewski, emeritus professor at the University of Strasbourg.
