We are pleased to announce that on April 21, 2011Mr. Min-Cheng Chien defended his thesis written under the co-supervision of Joanna Schmidt-Szalewski, Professor emeritus at the University of Strasbourg and Shu-Yu Zeng, Professor at the National University of Defense, Republic of China, Taïwan. The subject was :
"Study of the protection by patent of techniques related to semiconductors in Taiwanese and Chinese Law".
The jury was composed of Mr. Jean-Michel Bruguiere, Professor at the University of Grenoble, Mrs Laure Marino, Professor at the University of Nancy 2 and Mr. Yves Reboul, Professor at the University of Strasbourg.
