The Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) of the University of Strasbourg is pleased to organize, in partnership with the Open Commission on Intellectual Property Law (COMPI) of the Paris Bar, a conference on the topic “The ‘new’ Trade Mark Law in France”. This conference will take place on 14 May 2020 (8h30 to 18h00, Auditorium) at the Maison du Barreau, in Paris.

This conference, initially scheduled on 31 March 2020 at the Maison du Barreau, in Paris, will take place, in the light of current circumstances, online as follows:

• 21 April 2020, 9h30-12h00: Validity of the brand

• 23 April 2020, 9h30-12h00: Signs of quality

• 28 April 2020, 9h30-12h00: Defense of the brand

• 30 April 2020, 9h30-12h00: Reform of procedures.

This event will be of interest for the socio-economic world (lawyers, decision-makers, Trade Marks attorneys), institutional members, as well as academics (students, PhD students, academics).

This event is held under the scientific supervision of Mr. Yann Basire, Associate Professor and Director General of CEIPI, University of Strasbourg and of Mr. Julien Canlorbe, Lawyer and PhD in Law.

Event validated in the framework of continuing vocational training for lawyers and Patent attorneys.
