OnMay 20th 2016 at 02h30 pm, in Alex Weill hall, Law Faculty, Strasbourg, Ms. Isabelle Boutillon, Adjunct Professor at CEIPI and member of CEIPI Research Department, defended her thesis, written under the direction of Yves Reboul, Director of the French Section of CEIPI and Emeritus Professor at the University of Strasbourg, on the topic: « Le Traité de Coopération en matière de Brevet (PCT) : à la recherche d'un équilibre sans cesse réinventé.
