As every year, a conference dedicated to European case law in intellectual property is organised by the CEIPI Research Laboratory and the Research Federation "Europe in Change".
This webconference will take place online on 19 May 2021 from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm and on 21 May 2021 from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm via Zoom, in French.
Academics and practitioners specialised in the domain (affiliated to the law firms Agil'it, Fidal, Lavoix, Plasseraud IP, Quatrebarbes, Vercken & Gaullier, as well as Dassault Systèmes), are invited to present the year's case law and to analyse in detail the important decisions in order to draw the practical implications and consequences.
This conference is held under the scientific direction of Mr. Yann Basire, Associate Professor and Director General of CEIPI, Ms. Stéphanie Carre, Associate Professor at CEIPI and Mr. Franck Macrez, Associate Professor at CEIPI and Director of the CEIPI Research Department.
This event is open to students, doctoral students, academics and practitioners and is validated as part of the continuing professional education for lawyers.
