Strategic Partnership and Cooperation 
between the EU and China on Intellectual Property

The Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) of the University of Strasbourg is pleased to announce that the Centre has been selected by IP Key (www.ipkey.org) for implementing a knowledge sharing program for Chinese IP judges.

The Advanced Program for Chinese Judges on Intellectual Property Court Practice will take place in Strasbourg, from 18 to 30 March 2017.

The two-week program will focus on intellectual property rights enforcement and validity through peer-to-peer exchanges with experienced intellectual property European judges and senior experts. It will include field visits to specialized intellectual property chambers of French courts, comparative law sessions, practical exercises and a mock trial, adopting peer-to-peer, interactive and practical approach.
