We are profoundly shaken and shocked by the tragic events that occurred yesterday within the European capital of Strasbourg. We would like to express our entire support to all of the persons and families concerned by this shooting at the Christmas market. Since yesterday evening, we have received messages of support and solidarity for the CEIPI, its personnel and its students from all over the world. We sincerely want to thank you warmly for these wishes and wish to reassure you that the CEIPI team and its students are well.
As announced by the President of the university of Strasbourg, and despite the grief that our city is facing, life must go on.
