CEIPI is proud to announce that Emmanuel Py, Associate Professor at the IUT Mulhouse and former research assistant at the CEIPI has been awarded the prize of the best thesis in private law for the year 2008/2009 by the University of Strasbourg.
Emmanuel Py defended his thesis on December 8, 2008. The subject was "The Revocation of Patents : Contributions of the Rules of Procedure and the Theory of Revocation".
