On October 8 2014, the CEIPI (University of Strasbourg) and the Chinese-German Institute for Intellectual Property (HUST) have signed a Cooperation Agreement, with the aim to create common programs for training and research in tellectual propery, exchange of students and staff and the organization of joint events. In particular, discussions were initiated in order to create at the Huazhong University a Sino-European Centre for Intellectual Property in partnership with the CEIPI.
The HUST delegation was composed of:

The delegation was welcomed by Prof. Francis Kern, Vice-President of the International Relations of the University of Strasbourg, Mr. Christophe Geiger, Director General of CEIPI, as well as by the members of the Research Department of the CEIPI and members of the International Relations of Unistra.
